RETURNS & REFUNDS 

The Standard return policy applies. Returned/exchanged items must be repackaged in the original boxes with all labels, and all products being returned or exchanged must be in new condition. All orders must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt. Make sure to specify whether the item is being exchanged or a refund is being requested. Items not being exchanged will be refunded the full price minus a $6.99 restocking fee. Promotion may be modified or terminated at any time. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply

  • All items qualify for returns within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged

  • Please be sure this is an item you want before making your purchase. Customer Satisfaction is our TOP priority!

  • All items are IN STOCK at time of listing.

  • Inventory at Kulturshock changes constantly and it is impossible to maintain a perfectly accurate count of all items.

  • Please do not penalize us if we have to issue you a refund!

 

Credit or refund with proof of purchase. We’ll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee or the charge will apply.

 

If your return does not result from our error, your ‘true postage fee’ will apply. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 10 business days and an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided in your order/receipt.

In many cases, Kulturshock will share in your postage cost therefore if you decide to return an item(s) we will charge you for the full cost of shipping.

To facilitate refunds, it is best that you call us before sending in item(s) for requesting a refund. With your return, please provide in written format, your Order or Invoice number and the reason you want to return each item (choose one of the following):

“W” – Ordered the wrong item.

“N” – Received an item that was not ordered.

“D” – Item was damaged, defective, or missing parts.

“I” – item did not arrive in time.

“O” Other (please describe).

 

Original Receipt

The original receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.

 

Return & Exchange Period

Some opened or unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if the is "still new, has not been used & is still resaleable" with proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we make a mistake on your purchase). Opened products may not be returned for any reason for health and safety reasons (unless the product is defective which guarantees you a cost-free reshipment of the product or an alternate product). A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returns. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Kultursshock reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.

 

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Kulturshock are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass directly to you upon our delivery to the carrier (United States Postal Service – USPS) and Kulturshock is not liable for the order nor has an obligation to refund the order should the order be lost or damaged while in the possession and care of the carrier.

 

Kulturshock may exercise discretion, as a one-time courtesy, to resend or refund (minus shipping fees) a lost or damaged order in the possession and care of the carrier and predicated upon the customer first filing a claim with the carrier and submitting proof of the filed claim to Kulturshock.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Our digital material and media products are currently delivered via the Internet to view and/or download. After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within (1) hour to twenty-four (24) hours. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation informing you of your enrollment / welcome email using the email address provided from your purchase order/invoice. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital material and media goods delivered via the Internet to protect our intellectual property, we generally DO NOT offer refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase AND you have NOT downloaded our digital material/media products, and have viewed less than 5% of our product, we may issue a refund upon your request in writing. Email support@kulturshock.biz. We will handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Refunds requests, if any, must be made within three (3) days of your original purchase. A copy of your original receipt will be sent via email with the following required information when sending your refund request by email: First/Last Name and email address used to establish the account. You can also return online purchases through the mail to the address where we receive mail. To return your online purchase by mail:

  • Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.

  • Include the packing slip and return label, and indicate the reason for the return.

  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

  • Send your returned order to the following address:

For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS or insured USPS. Unless Kulturshock is responsible for a mistake with your order, all shipping fees associated with a return is the liability of the sender.

Refund Method

For online purchases (products or digital material/courses): Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account. If Kulturshock Life is experiencing technical difficulty or issues with its merchant account provider, Kulturshock reserves the right to issue refunds via company check or money order.

Refunds can only be given to the buyer who made the original purchase. No exceptions!

Shipping on exchanges is limited to standard delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and APO/FPO addresses. Excludes bulk orders and drop ships.
